Neil Bandoni is the Director of Production for X Games in ESPN programming. He oversees the creative content production for the X Games live event broadcasts, digital and social platforms year-round. A 20-year veteran of ESPN he worked on his first Winter X Games event in Crested Butte, Colorado in 1999. Since then Bandoni has worked on countless events including Grand Slam Tennis, The Masters, British Open, Ryder Cup, World Figure Skating Championships, Kentucky Derby, The Belmont, Breeders Cup, College Football, Heisman Trophy Presentation, NBA Draft, NHL, Little League World Series, and more.

In 2013, Bandoni returned full time to the X Games where he works with Bristol based production, xgames.com page editors, writers, photographers, social media managers, packagers, creative agencies, sales and marketing in developing and delivering original content across all X Games platforms including World of X Games programs airing on ABC.

A native of Boston, MA., Bandoni received a bachelor of arts in Communications from Assumption College.

Bandoni lives in West Hartford, CT., with his wife, Kerry, and their two children, Wyatt (8) and Luca (5).
